Returns & Refunds Policy
If you are looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return:
  1. To start a return, please email us at tariq.ash777@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. If the item is damaged or defective, please include clear photos or a video showing the issue.
  3. Do not send your purchase back to the address on the package. We will provide you with the correct return instructions or a shipping label once your request is reviewed.
Refunds & Replacements:
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement after verifying the evidence provided.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Please note that we do not offer refunds for "buyer's remorse" (e.g., changing your mind) once the order has been processed.
Once your return is received and inspected (if a physical return was required), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
